level of the building. about 60 people who live there have been impacted. no word on when they will be able to get back into that building. so far, good news, no injuries reported. it's another difficult night in san bernardino. take a look. friends and family gathering at north park elementary school to remember that teacher and her student who were shot and killed by her estranged ex-husband. karin smith was remembered for her love of children. and her life's goal of helping them. her parents spoke about her patience and understanding and her uncanny ability to handle special needs students. >> we will miss them forever. we will certainly regret everything that happened yesterday to take them away from us. >> we are also learning more about the 8-year-old student who died. his name, jonathan martinez. this is his picture. also, he had williams syndrome, which is a genetic disorder. he was an innocent victim in this shooting. a school mate's mom remembered him as airlines could not use sfpd officers to enforce business rules. also making it more difficult for passengers to get injured, and protecting the city were potential lawsuits. new video shows dr. david reporter: he was on his way to louisville, where he is a medical doctor. he was physically dragged from his seat and off of the aircraft by three security guards. the actions drew harsh criticism and police shootout in freemont. the county coroner says roger perez shot himself in the head. it started at the 7-eleven on decoato road. police were called to the scene because someone had a gun. when they arrived police said someone started shooting at them so they fired back. moment later they found the body with a gun nearby. the cameras are rolling in santa clara county. tonight sheriff's deputies are on the streets with their newly issued body cams. this is one of the last major departments in the bay area to get them. this is an extra set of eyes during a traffic stop, arrest or even an officer involved shooting. eventually all 1200 deputies will be equipped with the cam wrasse. the deputies and community watch dog groups are in full support. they are unsung heros. 911 to pick up, according to all of the major forecast models that we track, once we hit tomorrow night. really begins to increase here across marin, napa and sonoma counties by 6:00. then will push down to san francisco at 8:30. eventually to san jose as we head into 10:30 at night. heaviest possibility of rainfall as we head into tomorrow evening. toe the micro climate forecast as we head throughout wednesday continues to also keep the clouds in place and those cooler temperatures. 65 in san jose and 63 in cupertino. notice the wind of that's sustained out of the south at 14. a lot of us could see winds gusting as high as 30 miles per hour. in the east bay 67, here in concord for the peninsula, palo alto 67. san francisco, it will be a cool 59 along the embarcadero. again, if you are headed here for the game at at&t park, do prepare for that rainfall. we know umbrellas are not allowed. get the poncho out. 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 we are expecting rainfall with temperatures in the low 50s and coming around. 17 inches in king vaal. 15 inches in twin bridges. and 12 inches for kirkwood. on the extended forecast we are starting to see things try to shake out of here by thursday with just a police shootout in freemont. the county coroner says roger perez shot himself in the head. it started at the 7-eleven on decoato road. police were called to the scene because someone had a gun. when they arrived police said someone started shooting at them so they fired back. moment later they found the body with a gun nearby. the cameras are rolling in santa clara county. tonight sheriff's deputies are on the streets with their newly issued body cams. this is one of the last major departments in the bay area to get them. this is an extra set of eyes during a traffic stop, arrest or even an officer involved shooting. eventually all 1200 deputies will be equipped with the cam wrasse. the deputies and community watch dog groups are in full support. they are unsung heros. 911 dispatchers. today one of them got credit she deserved. janet was awarded the dispatcher of the year award. she coordinated the emergency crews the night officer kevin downs was shot last october. >> commute. everyone with a chance for hit and miss showers. trivalley downs toward the south bay. we'll start in the north bay with 55. 54 in san francisco. and the east bay, possibly slick roads as well and 57. again, nothing in terms of heavy rain for the morning commute but we'll see these areas of rainfall from middletown and potentially all the way down towards morgan hill. things will start to pick up, according to all of the major forecast models that we track, once we hit tomorrow night. really begins to increase here across marin, napa and sonoma counties by 6:00. then will push down to san francisco at 8:30. eventually to san jose as we head into 10:30 at night. heaviest possibility of rainfall as we head into tomorrow evening. toe the micro climate forecast as we head throughout wednesday continues to also keep the clouds in place and those cooler temperatures. 65 in san jose and 63 in cupertino. notice the wind of that's sustained out of the south at 14. a lot of us could see winds gusting as high as 30 miles per hour. in the east bay 67, here in concord for the peninsula, palo alto 67. san francisco, it will be a cool 59 along the embarcadero. again, if you are headed here for the game at at&t park, do prepare for that rainfall. we know umbrellas are not allowed. get the poncho out. 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 we are expecting rainfall with temperatures in the low 50s and gusts up to 30 miles per hour out at at&t park. let's head back into the micro climate forecast. maybe you are heading up to wine country. look like temperatures should stay around 63 degrees in sonoma. and heavier rainfall by the evening. while it's going to be wet here. don't be caught off guard if you are heading to lake tahoe. tomorrow night, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, we should start to see snow coming around. 17 inches in king vaal. 15 inches in twin bridges. and 12 inches for kirkwood. on the extended forecast we are starting to see things try to shake out of here by thursday with just a little bit of spotty rainfall. dry on friday. dry on saturday. and then easter sunday, yes, a chance here of some rainfall. the way things look right now we will see the rain starting 9:00 to 1:00 p.m. on easter sunday. if you are making plans for the egg hupts, at least the way thing go right now, the earlier the better. also for any kind of church plans that you might have. you can see for
