That lockdown at the dorm was brief and is over, but this neighborhood near campus is still on lockdown. Take a look. You can see police with rifles out here at second street, not allowing people to go home. A helicopter has been up most of the night shining a light near the campus searching tor a suspect called armed and dangerous. The incident started with a shooting around 5 00. Cal state east bay briefly put the dorms on lockdown, it is lifted. They arrested two suspected related to the shooting but a third got away. Police chased the suspect on high land boulevard. Cops were out with guns drawn, and my wife was out with the kid and told them get inside. Reporter the suspect led police into a canyon. Police set up a perimeter around that canyon, then at 7 00, Fremont Police tweeted an officer was involved in a shooting in hayward. Police say that shooting is linked to the search for the suspect at that Apartment Building shooting from earlier, but theyre not saying if anyone was hurt. Officers here are searching cars leaving the sfrp perimeter here at campus drive and second telling people who want to get home to find somewhere else to stay. They say its for their own safety as they search for the suspect they are calling armed and dangerous, as it continues this hour. Nbc bay area news. Tonight its been confirmed that the remains found near Point Reyes Station are annie bailey. They were found last month after two motorists got into a collision in west marin, found them over an embankment near the crash site. Cheryl hurd is live in penngrove where bailey and her husband lived. And you spoke to that husband, kerry bailey, what did he have to say . Reporter he was a little emotional. And he feels like the Sheriffs Department is treating him like a criminal, and he says hes not. He believes that his wife could have committed suicide. Andy anie and i had some ver very good years together. We had some very bad years together. Reporter and tonight they are calling kerry bailey a person of interest. Theyre not accusing me of anything. They think i murdered my wife. Reporter he reported his wife missing december 27th, 2014. The couple was going through a divorce. I couldnt stand her lifestyle. I couldnt live with her. Marijuana and antikey pressants, and they do not go together. Reporter her car, keys and purse were left here at her home. Last month, her remains were found down this embankment, over a cliff along the point reyes shore. That led to enough information to seek a search warrant for the home. This is the last place she was known to be alive. So we want to go back and collect any possible evidence left behind. Reporter kerry bailey says his home was turned upside counsel by detectives. They even searched his garage and took away his wifes car. He said his wife had a history of attempting to take her own life. Detectives say this is not a suicide. This is definitely a homicide. Reporter the Sheriffs Department says even though kerry bailey is a person of interest, anyone who came in contact with ann bailey could be a person of interest. This investigation continues. We have his federal tax returns for one year, for 2005. Reporter specifically, the first two pages of that return which shows he made more than 150 million and paid 38 million in income taxes. You look at the combination, he pays about a25 tax rate, which is far below the 39 tax rate that the wealthiest americans pay. Reporter the return does not show the pages after, detailing where mr. Trumps income came from. Exactly where he borrowed this money, to whom he owes his money, all of these things are among the dozens of questions that have yet to be answered. But we also need to know if he is going to take actions as president in terms of tax policy that are going to benefit him. A fingerprint of Garcia Torres was later found on that stun gun battery. However, the victim also testified she never actually saw the attackers face and did not identify Garcia Torres in a photo lineup. Its encouraging that the judge is mindful of the alarm that has occurred as a result of the concern about the outrigger issue. Reporter jerry datsun, a tower resident suing over the troubles wants them to agree to independent testing to determine whether the building can survive a quake. You have the building sinking and tilting as well as the outriggers not working properly. It could be lethal. And increased clouds and 54 for the south bay. Not nearly as much sunshine as weve dealt with most recently as we begin our forecast on wednesday. The future cast will really illustrate well whats going to happen with this storm. 4 00 in the morning, it does look very impressive. Quite a bit of rainfall out here, but the storm is going to send the rain line in the same direction repeatedly. Its going to basically stall out, run out of gas. As the storm tries to move closer, it wont have any big chance to bring us rainfall for some morning. I think we may get a few spotty showers as the cold front tries to move to the south by 10 00 p. M. Maybe for the north bay and the coast a few drops here and there. As we get a look at the forecast for tomorrow, the biggest change will be the temperatures dropping by about 10 degrees. That puts san jose at 69 degrees, morgan hill, 72. Gilroy 73. Lets take you to the east bay, instead of low 80s, were down to 68 tomorrow, with a noticeable difference. 69 in concord. In oakland, 65 degrees. For the peninsula, 66 in san mateo. San francisco, 65 and the mission also close to that in the embarcadero with 66. 67 in mill valley and 71 in napa. Lets get you to the extended forecast. And, again, we do have changes that include rainfall as we head throughout the next seven days. A spotty chance of a shower for tomorrow night. As we head throughout thursday and friday, its dry, most of saturday is dry. Then we could see a shower develop by 10 00 p. M. On saturday. That, after saturday will t continue the chance for spotty showers on sunday and monday. The big change in the forecast is by next tuesday we could have a strong earn stoer storm develh a half inch possible. We may need to raise that. But for now it looks pretty good that we could see a decent storm system coming our way, were dropping down to 70 for tomorrow, and the chance for spotty showers developing once we hit sunday, monday, and then that incoming storm system by next tuesday.
