will lane. she is the boulder county woman accused of attacking a pregnant woman, stealing her unborn baby. the victim is michelle wilkins. she took the stand yesterday in this trial. she shared emotional testimony about the attack when she was seven months pregnant. joins us from boulder county with a look at what we can expect today. eric. >> eporter: mitch, we can certainly expect to hear more emotional testimony. it was tough for us to hear the details when this story first emerged last year, and now we're forced to relive it as we go through this very tough trial. take a look at video here, this is michelle wilkinn taking the stand and of course very emotional when explaining what happened to her. seven months pregnant at the time. she went to lane's house march 18th, 2015 in response to a craigslist ad touting maternity clothes for sale. that is when prosecutors say dynel lane attacked. >> it's hard to describe exactly what it was. when she hit me and it wws sort of like almost pulling off my sweaterr trying to smother me with the pillow. >> reporter: the d.a. said lane was obsessed with pregnancy and took pictures of herself in maternity clothing pretending to be talented special olympics athlete we've profileed here. he was attacked while walking his girlfriend home. julian hall is not letting it get him down. it happened last month outside a thrift store on east colfax and lafayette. police say this man and two others attacked him, kicking and punching and beating him all because they thought he called them a name. ittleft him with a usted lip and bruised bodyy 3 -- so they won't hurt any more people. >> police arrested this man here. he's charged with third degree assault of an at risk person. police are still looking for the two other suspects. officials told us they don't think this fire was set intentionally. two people had to be taken to the hospital and we're still condition. 3 new developments about this father, mark redwine, the judge dismissed a wrongful death lawsuit filed against him following his son's death. we have a photograph of dylln redwine. he disappeared become in 2000 -- back in 2012 while on a thanksgiving trip to his dad's house. his remains were found 11 months later. he was 13. nobody wws charged. dylan's mom filed the suit, but did it four days after the statute offlimitations ran out. killed a man who robbed him won't face charges. deputies say david martinez robbed anthony mott at his home and as martinez ran away, mott shot and killed him. it might be a while longer until i-70 reopens after a
