the driver of that silver car was the one ronounced dead at the scene. the officer suffered only minor injuries. did the officer have their llghts and sirens on? a clerk inside the gas station here at this intersectiin says all they heard was a crash that sounded like an explosion. the accident reconstruction teams are here to try to determine if those lights and sirens were on or not. but police the judge dismissed a wrongful death lawsuit filed against him following his son's death. we have a photograph of dylln redwine. he disappeared become in 2000 -- back in 2012 while on a thanksgiving trip to his dad's house. his remains were found 11 months later. he was 13. nobody wws charged. dylan's mom filed the suit, but did it four days after the statute offlimitations ran out. killed a man who robbed him won't face charges. deputies say david martinez robbed anthony mott at his home and as martinez ran away, mott shot and killed him. it might be a while longer until i-70 reopens after a
