And Police Arrested 21year old David Martinez yesterday. Police say he made the threats yesterday. Aanearby school and nearby Elementary School went into lockdown. We did some digging and we found that martinez was arrested in 2014 for Domestic Violence and violating a protective order. And investigators have identified a man killed in an `valanche. He was found in chafee county. He was running a motorized snow bike near cottonwood pass. He is the fourth person killed the second this week. His death is a sad reminder of how dangerous the conditions are. People heading into the back country need to go in groups.
