Nearly 300 killed and entire communities leveled. Hurricane matthew now moving toward jacksonville. There is potential for significant flooding. Reporter as officials urge evacuations in parts of georgia and the carolinas. Reporter communities they are bracing for the is a lot of water and its very dangerous. I am begging you at this point to understand the seriousness of this storm. Reporter were seeing just how serious this storm is.
