Nearly 300 killed and entire communities leveled. Hurricane matthew now moving toward jacksonville. There is potential for significant flooding. Reporter as officials urge evacuations in parts of georgia and the carolinas. Reporter communities they are bracing for the is a lot of water and its very dangerous.
