making progress on the heroin problem. 41 days since the city banned drugs from city parks. we took another ride along the cherry creek trail to see how many used needles we could find this time. from spear boulevard the first time around we found five needles. a little over a month later we spotted noticed a lot more people on the trail. >> definitely much cleaner, you feel safer. >>reporter: he
