But Court Records show fields has been accused of abusive behavior three times. A jury ruled in his favor in the 2005 case. A 2006 case was dismissed. And a case accusing him of racially profiling a student was set for trial in january. Internal investigation will determine if he keeps his job. The way that officers are used in schools, the kinds of things that they are asked to get involved in or choose to get involved in really vary.
