((brian loftus)) tennessee this morning to investigate a school bus crash that killed five children and sent more than 20 to the hospital... the bus driver, 24 year old johnthony walker, has been arrested and faces several criminal charges including vehicular homicide, the school bus was carrying carrying 35 kindergarten onto its side. emergency crews worked for hours to remove some of the children from the mangled bus. (what we do know about this crash is that it was a single vehicle only the bus was involved. // this kind of crash is every first responders first nightmare. ((brian loftus)) >> one child who was on the bus saysthe driver wasn't paying attention. causing him to hit a mailbox forcing the bus to flip over and hi has been issued to remove the black box and review video cameras on the bus./// ((brian loftus)) a woman may have been riding on top of a car when it crashed into a wall yesteraday morning. the crash happened near desert inn and joe-w-brown drive. you can see how hard it impacted the wall from the video. the woman and the driver of the car were both taken to a nearby hospital. the woman suffered serious injuries. police say it was not clear why will face any charges./// ((kirsten joyce)) people from around the country have been warned about long lines at the airport if you're flying out of town this week. but travelers we caught up with today... say it wasn't so bad: (( sequenna gregory//traveled to las vegas i didn't see that this time. not yet. it could be cause we're kinda early before the holidays so we may see an increase in the holiday travel.)) (nat sound) protesters say law enforcement has gone too far. using water hoses as a method of crowd control. they say the effects were harsh.
