(standup kenneth craig/cbs news) the procedure is not approved here in the united states. so the baby's parents travelled to mexico to have it performed. a similar technique is approved in the united kingdom. 3 parent procedures are considered controversial.. but dr. zhang says even traditional ivf was met with resistance.
