last 3 troubles of judge catherine ramsey. today the commission announced a settlement in which ramsey admitted to wrongdoing and failing to maintain the dignity of her office. the charges include amending multiple cases against the wishes of the city attorney's office and defense attorneys.. and making her staff run errands. they did not rule on allegations she charged 12-thousand dollars on a city credit card to pay for her defense in a personal lawsuit. a civil lawsuit in that case is still making its w court. a recall attempt was also made against ramsey.. but the state supreme court has not yet ruled if that could go forward. ramsey's municipal court term is up in 2017. an attempt to run for a district court seat this year was unsuccessful. her supervisor.. judge sean hoeffgen... was also separately reprimanded for failing to report the misconduct and must complete an ethics class. they are the only two municipal court judges in north las vegas./// ((denise valdez)) raided a property in northeast las vegas... and we still don't know how seven puppies died during that raid. today, metro police told us the incident remains under investigation. we just want to know who was responsible for the welfare of the animals during the raid -- what type of care they received and where they were kept. metro told us today they don't have those answers yet. animal control takes over in any incident where animals die. we reached out late this afto cause of death -- and it hasn't been able to respond. all we know at this point is the puppies were crated during the raid and died at some point during that time frame. we also reached out to the animal foundation late this afternoon to see if there's any update on the hundreds of roosters that were seized from the property. it's
