Special Homeland Security agents tonight are looking for smuggler who is had to abandon a marijuana load. A boat loaded with half a ton of marijuana was discovered this morning in pescadero. An suv near by became bogged in the sand. The boats are called pangas and are usually seen in the waters of Southern California but increased enforcement there is pushing the smugglers north. Theres been about eight confirmed landings from Monterey County to san mateo county.
