this video starts off as officer cody sampson in idaho is pulling over a vehicle. in the car are three girls. he's responded to a call of a fight. he believes that maybe the women in this car were part of that fight. we are seeing video from his body cam. >> you mind getting out of the vehicle? >> he starts questioning her about the evening. >> what's going on? >> she does lead the officer to believe that maybe something has been wrong earlier in the evening, which happens leads him to believe that maybe these girls were involved in the fight that he was responding to. >> what happened at state street? >> things take a turn right here. >> where's your license at? i didn't say to go get it. i asked you where it was. do you not understand english? do you not know how to comprehend? >> i don't know why you're disrespecting me. >> no, you're disrespecting me. >> i thought that meant to get my license. i'm sorry. that was wrong of me. >> i think a lot of people would do what she did. then she apologized. >> at this point, the officer says why is she returning to the car. that's going to set him in a defense. >> fair enough. >> she does eventually find her license. then he starts questioning the other two people in the vehicle, her sister and a friend. all three of them are saying we weren't at state street, which is apparently where this fight happened. they do agree they had an argument with each other, but they were in the car driving around town. >> why lie to me? why tell me you guys weren't even there? >> i don't even know what you're talking about. >> what would make him believe that? >> he does say in the video that the people at the location of the fight described them and their vehicle. eventually he does arrest them and take them to the washington county jail. now, here's the part that is very controversial. you see the officer walk to where a dispatcher is. they start talking about the arrest and then the officer says this. >> mouthy little bitches. oh, my god. if i can get away with it, i would have put a bullet in the center of each one of their heads. >> wow, okay. that's a little aggressive. >> the incident happened back in august. the videos were just released. we did reach out to the police department, but they're not making a comment because they do say this is a personal matter, and they are investigating so they don't want to comment yet. all charges against the girls, except one minor charge, were dropped. >> there's a moment, there's a line, there's a place where we need to put trust in these officers. someone saying something like that, it just scares the crap out of everybody. many of us know tornados are not exclusive to america. they can be found around the world. this one churning up a lot of dust and debris in south africa. >> that's the first time i've heard of one on the african subcontinent. >> here we go. this thing is kicking up 200-mile-per-hour winds. you can see the clouds churning above that distinctive rope of wind, reaching all the way down to the ground and making a big mess. farmers in the area captured this on a number of different cameras. these guys in their car cruising down the road, heading straight for the tornado. most people see it and say, maybe i should go the otherhead directly at it. the tornado did come in contact with a power station but caused very little damage to the power station and area around because it's such a sparsely populated area. >> it looks quite narrow as well. often the most damaging ones are like half a mile across. maybe it was just frenetic but spectacular without hurting anybody. math can be such a bore for so many students. but not the students in this class. >> what am i learning? >> you're learning multiples of seven. he also teaches multiples of eight using rap and hip-hop dance. he says he didn't do very at math. a lot of us don't because we're like, i don't get it, this is boring. >> can you imagine? you have a math problem and you have to get up and do. okay, it's 14, there we go. >> good thing you say that. these rap battles go down in his class frequently. the other teachers don't seem to mind because everyone is so engaged in the learning process. he's bouncing from desk to desk. the kids are so excited to be learning math. >> i credit the teacher more than anything. if the kids are excited to go to the class and the teacher is engaging, you're not going to want to not pay attention. >> that's the key. some of his students have said they're inspire and like going to the class. some of their grades are even better as a result. >> really adding up. >> this is a video he's created with his friends to teach him the song. he says a lot of the eighth graders are still on a fourth grade level. so this is helping to advance them. he says this style helps to cater to the creative, hyper, and dyslexic learners. >> my teachers never got me. i'm like, i don't get it. what don't you get?
