As a result, neighbors in the area saw the baby, picked it up, and took care of it until police and medics came. The thing that makes this even worse is the baby is 3 days old. The umbilical cord was still attached. Do they know who the mother of the child is . Police are asking these same questions. They have not identified the parents. Theyre looking for them as well. The baby was transported by medics to the hospital. The baby is still at the hospital. If they cant find the parents, theyll turn it over to social services. Local neighbors said the man who dropped the baby off is unidentifiable, nobody knows him, nobodys ever seen him. At least he left it in a neighborhood where people could easily find it instead of doing something unspeakable. Clearly obvious the driver up ahead is having a problem.
