So the jerk season, cayenne pepper, oregano, garlic salt, paprika, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, thyme, a little bit of sugar. Two teaspoons into the Barbecue Sauce. Im going to put everything in here. Did i get you . In that white dress . Thats all right. Okay, a little bit of lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, two. S of that. Some sugar, brown sugar. And thats going to cook. Want me to stir . Yes, i want you to stir. Thats going to cook, and then finish it with butter. Im going to drink the strawberry basil. Isnt that yummy . Yeah. This is the sauce, its going to cook for a couple minutes. This is what we put on the grill. All of the chicken goes right on the grill. Right. Yeah. Chicken right on the grill. Yep. You want to make sure that you cook this to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Now, im going to take this and i dont want to get your dress all messy. Ill come over here. Our chicken has been cooked to about 150 degrees internal temperature. Then i brush the sauce on. Okay. All right . Dont do the sauce too early, or it gets too black. Right. Dont do the sauce too early or its going to get too black. And then for the drink, what were going to do, take fresh strawberries, what you are drinking. Fresh strawberries and start that, and then a little bit of water. When you need to put that in. And then strain it into the pot. We add a little bit of lemon juice, a little bit of lime juice, a little bit of sugar. And i know you call it soda, but its all natural. You can make your own soda and basil. All that. How hot do you have to get it . Just bring it to a boil and then you take this is the finished product that is in the the sparkling water. Really good. Just a little bit of and the secret ingredient, guys, is the basil. Who would have thought . The basil. Who would have thought basil and soda . Trying the corn bread . Its glutenfree.
