Heres meteorologist lisa argen. Good morning, matt. Temperatures have not changed much. Theres a blanket of low clouds and low to mid50s across the bay. We will look at a modest warmup today. Heres a look at the visible pictures. Plenty of clouds. These are beginning to scour out around mt. Tam and mt. Diablo and we will look for temperatures to climb through the 630s by noontime. We will have some low to mid60s around the bay. In the meantime upper 70s will return for the inland east bay. Mid70s around the Santa Clara Valley and the coast will see mid60s. We have a short term warmup and a look at an extended warmup that will feature some changes up and down throughout the week ahead. Ill have that in a few minutes. Thank you, lisa. Developing news, three businesses in berkeley were destroyed in a matt i have six alarm fire. Fire broke out just after 8 00 last night on a warehouse on Second Street near hearst avenue. The claims reached three stories high and caused transformers to explosion. It was home to office and retail space. One of the businesses destroyed was the wooden duck. Its been making furniture since 1995. They are a pretty big business. I dont know that they can restore their presence. You know, their material has to come from india and china. They arent going to be able to snap finishing speakers get back in business. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The fire also caused Amtrak Train Service to stop for a while. These pictures are people waiting at the emeryville station. All trains were first stopped at the jackson station. The trains were stopped because hoses were running across the tracks. The fire also led to Power Outages nearby. When the fire was at its worst, power was out to 1500 customers. Pg e said the Fire Department asked him it shut down power in the area. You see parks fly when transformers blew. Power is back on to the majority of customers. Three people are suffering from injuries after the car they were riding in slammed into a tree in san jose. Happened on sun crest avenue just after 1 00 in the morning. Two people were trapped inside the car. Jaws were life were called in to get the people out. A total of three people were injured. Authorities say their injuries are not considered to be life threatening. No word yet on what caused the accident. This morning an important now threw in the important investigation between the fed ex truck and the bus full of students. Was the truck already on fire before it crossed the median and hit the bus . We have details from los angeles. This morning he we are hearing from the only driver who survived the crash. Her sedan was sideswiped. He wasnt slowing down, he was moving fast. She sawaflames beneath the truck as it careened between her and her husband. We looked at each other and i think both of us said, we are alive investigators have been working at the crash scene for days now. The initial condition of the vehicle is already started. Extremely difficult due to fire damage. The ntsb investigators revealing the first detailed accounts of the accident. The fed ex truck was in the righthand lane heading southbound. The driver lost control, barreling across the median and toward the bus. Driver of the bus hits the brakes, hitting and going 445 and swerving the lift mommy. The truck left no such skid marks, a possible sign of braking, before heading into the bus headfirst. It was a College Campus trip for the bus. Students climbed through windows to escape. Blessed it an understatement. Im so thankful that i am here. Abc news, los angeles. We are learning more about the victims in thursdays crash. So far nine of the ten have been identified. The nine victims were on the bus. Other fatality was the driver of the fed ex truck. He is 32yearold tim evans of elk grove. Abc7 News Reporter sergio has more on the victims. White balloons were released over a baseball field in lenox just outside. Los angeles. There were part of an emotional tribute to High School Senior here. He was destined to great things. And maybe thats why god wanted him up there. He and miss classmate, denise, are among those killed in the class. In the crash. They had been elected prom king and queen at their school. And melissa seen on the right was also killed. Her twin sister was on another bus and was unharmed. The family has driven up to Northern California where the crash happened to collect her body. Fellow students near los angeles are also mourning the loss of popular Football Player adrian castro. He was a really great guy. He always had a smile on his face. He was really confidence. His family released this statement about the 19yearold. Adrian was a fine young man involved in football aspiring to a bright future. We also pray for the other people and family of those who lost their lives. The fifth student is jennifer, a senior and honor student at dorsey high school. Crash investigators say skid marks on the freeway indicate the bus driver attempted to avoid the fed ex truck as it headed toward them. The driver, friends say she was dedicated to her job and her safety of her passengers. Abc7 news. The Marin County Sheriffs Department has confirmed a body found on Mount Tamalpais is that of a missing hiker. 33yearold was last seen on the 30th. She recently moved to the area. They received a tip from a runner who said he saw her saturday. They narrowed their search area. Search dogs found her body yesterday morning. The body was located in a very remote rugged area, a drainage off of what might be considered one of the more common trails used here in the mountain. Its unusual for people to travel these areas, which would explain as to why she had not been located up to this point. A cause of death has not yet been determined. Half moon bay 54 but more sunshine for the coast. And here is a look at the low clouds in San Francisco where its awfully gray but a warmer day here in the upper 60s for the afternoon. Average highs in the mid670s. Santa rosa, good morning. Some fog coming in in the low 50s. There is fog from half moon bay, reduced visibility up in santa rosa with 8mile visibility in oakland. Heres sfo where there have been some delays but things are beginning to brighten up on the peninsula. Widespread clouds. We are looking at a cloudy morning but a burn off within the next hour or so. That warms us up throughout the afternoon. It becomes breezy late tomorrow. Tuesday another cool down heads our way as a series of low pressure series gets close to the border and enhancing the low clouds and fog and the on shore push. 10 00 this morning we are looking at very little in the way of fog. Notice from point reyes and the marin county coastline and Stinson Beach will have some fog just at the shoreline. Sunny for most of you. And temperatures today will reflect that. So upper 70s from yosemite with almost 60 degrees in lake tahoe. Feeling a little better at the beaches despite the cool numbers. It wont be quite as gusty out there. We will be looking at some days for the week ahead in the 70s. Actually tomorrow in oakland we will see low 70s. Notice the dip on tuesday with the breezier conditions. Then we are back up wednesday and thursday to above average readings. So in the south bay we will look for some milder readings today with numbers from the low to mid70s around palo alto and san jose. 75 in morgan hill. City coming up into the mid60s. Warmer for you. The giants game. 68 oakland with mid70s santa rosa and napa. About 77 today in concord. Plenty of sunshine. So it looks like a nice afternoon at the ballpark with temperatures warming up through the 60s today and the accuweather sevenday forecast another warmer than average day tomorrow except for the coast, pretty much the same there. Cooler, breezier tuesday and wednesday. And another system passes to the north of us. Then behind it it will be breezy again. But we are warming up thursday and friday. So palm sunday today.
