We knocked on the door today but they may have gotten a tip the shooter was there but again, the victim is Marisa Johnson listed in fair condition. But police and says that shes doing just fine and so is her baby. Marissa johnson is 25 years old, residents call her a sweet, cheerful person. And an expectant mother, excited to have her first child. Johnson posted a sonogram image on her facebook. It happened after 8 00 this morning here at Casa Pacifica police. I was woken up by screams and shots fired. Cooper called 911. She went down to the patio area where the shots came from. I was shocked when i came out to s to see she had been shot. She was sitting on this bench. I asked her if she needed a blanket. It was cold this morning. Cooper says it looked like the bullet grazed the back of her head. She was sitting up and fine, shes darn lucky. Police are looking for this man. Some residents said they had a volatile relationship. Ruth cooper tells us she may know the motive. She was taking him to court because he keyed her car. Police believe he is driving a 2003 toyota camry. An Apple Employee died from an apparent gunshot wound this morning. Sheriff deputies responded to the apple campus at 8 00 to find the victim with a wound. A gun found nearby. Investigators say no one else was at risk. And the identifies havent been released. Police charged Christian Omar cruz with homicide and officer as rested imthis morning. Two men were shot at the park. One died and police say the shooting followed a domestic dispute. In morgan hill, Police Arrested this man for sexual assaulting a girl. Davis has been booked into the Santa Clara County jail. A one day teacher strike in city College Extended well beyond the school campus. Abc7 news was on market and seventh street. They want a increase over four years, the college is offering 7 over two years, and are threatening more walkouts. This seems to be the only way to get attention. And it was nnt enough. The man told her to wire 1900. She wired money eight times, totalling 16,000. Wiping out her bank account, her sisters, too. And two days, i couldnt think straight. I told my sister im going to the cops. She drove to the Police Department and turned herself in. Ready to go to jail. And she learned the truth. They told me mam maam this, is a scam and you fell for it. Scammers used a cloning device to make those numbers appear to be on her caller id. She and her sister had no money for food or rent. Friends started a go fund me campaign to help. She wanted me to warn you. This could happen to else. Ive been telling you about this for years. So if you get a suspicious call, dont assume the caller id is real. Call the agency or company directly. And remember, the irs will never call and never threaten to arrest you if you dont pay up.
