>> 3, 4 guys trying to carry a young woman out of the party. we confronted the gentleman he admitted he didn't know her. who know what's intennings were. >> reporter: the firefighter tells me cal has done little to stop the binge drinking. usually police accompany crews on the calls they rarely write citations. >> you're saying police officers have told you or your colleagues they're instructed not to cite the kids for under aged drink something >> correct. we've had several police officers tell us not to. >> a spokesman for uc campus police sent an e mail denying they've instructed not to cite students. we've identified 107 students transported to the hospital. how many students did police cite in that same time period?
