>> good morning, jessica, it took place near the children's discovery museum. there was a train on the tracks behind me. i am joined by by the spokesperson. >> this happened after we were pulling in for service in the evening. after our evening commute. we noticed the overhead power line was damaged. we are looking into that to see how that happened. when that happens we take the power down. we had trains left in the system so that is helping our morning commute. we do need to repair the overhead wires which will be an extended period of time today. >> in terms of the repairs we saw a train towed off the tracks and emergency crews all morning. what is the state of the repair and when can you have 34,000 daily passengers expect service up and running? james feigen is still in rio de janeiro and he was questioned for four hours. his ton said the client has brady to donate $11,000 to brazil's charities to avoid prosecution and he will leave the country. ryan lochte runs to the united states early this week and a rio spokesperson said the department recommended feigen and ryan lochte be charged with filing a false mess report and the chief
