During that march 8th raid, sfpd arrested petrov in kebz with controlled substances and a firearm, blut he was never charged. In an exclusive interview with abc7 news wednesday, he said it wasnt him. As part of his probation, the 23yearold, jonathan mikes hoffner, has five Business Days to update his sex offender registry which requires a place of residence. He spent a year in jail for misdemeanor Sexual Battery and molesting a 15yearold girl. The press democrat reports hes been convicted of Sexual Battery seven times in three years, two of them at santa rosa junior college. On thursday Petaluma Police issued a warning about his release.
