the fog forming but we are tracking an accident in hayward with more information on that in a few minutes. commuters have a new and improved golden gate bridge to drive on this morning but a few hours into the commute we have had our first accident and our reporter is at the bridge. nick? >> people often tease me about do you have to keep telling us about the bridge the same information? this is one of ropes we -- reasons we have been talking about this, being aair of the reduced speed limit because this is why, just hours after the bridge opened we have a car that is experiencing heavy damage. the driver told me i was on the right to avoid being next to the barrier but it has been redesigned at the bay bridge toll plaza and i have a call to find out exactly what happened so we can get more information on this accident. look at the video we shot. golden gate bridge patrol arrived to speak to the driver who was not injured. they want to see what happened and get his side of things to figure out how they should apporach this commute. i can tell you when i specific to the driver he told me that he did not want to be on camera. no one else was injured. we now have questions away. no word why the officer was trying to pull the driver over. >> san jose police are investigating a nightclub shooting during a performance by musician chris brown when five people were hurt at the nightclub on monterey highway. shots were fired inside and outside the club not long after brown began performing. witnesses say the chaos started near the battle room where this was pushing and
