Abc7 News Reporter Amy Hollyfield joins us live from richmond. Amy . Reporter eric, we are seeing progress. Chevron just sent this truck you have seen behind me. They are going to siphon the leaking propane gas from the tank thats like on its side on the road into this truck, before they clear everything out of here. The tank is still leaking. Its got about 4500 gallons of propane inside of it and firefighters describe it as a slow, small leak. But they say it is still leaking here at carlson boulevard in richmond right next to interstate 80. They did test the air. They found small amounts of propane seeping out but they are going to be testing it again. We will be sending another crew in pretty shortly here to get an update on our air monitoring. We want to make sure even though we got to monitoring levels earlier, especially if proximity to the freeway, that we dont get any additional leak or anything that escalates
