home. we went over and asked to talk to mr. m-donald and were greeted by two men who said he was not home and was not available. this morning san jose police arrived here around 2:30 in the morning, conducted a short mcdonald for dome violence. according to police, he was booked into the santa clara county jail on felony domestic violence charges. he posted a $25,000 bond later in the morning and was released. his is the first case since nfl commissioner roger goodell domestic violence. according to a letter, a first offense would mean an automatic six game suspension. a second offense would be dismissal from the league in the letter he wrote more severe penalties for a first offense would be considered for violence involving a weapon, choking, striking or when the act is committed against a pregnant woman, or in the prepares -- presence of a child. mcdonald's fiancee is reportedly pregnant. 49ers fans are sounding off. >> i was sad and mad, because the guy's good and it's arrest in an early morning shooting that sent five people to the hospital. police identified the suspect as 21-year-old anthony torres, he is facing five counts of attempted murder. the shooting happened around 12:30 this morning at a house on south q street. three men at the party were asked to leave after they got into an argument with another guest. officers say the men returned in a white sedan and opened fire or the house. the victims are all young adults, three women and two men. two aftershocks rattled parts of napa this morning, a 2-pointñ a 5 after 6:30 this morning. a 3.2 hit five miles from the city of nap na around 2:00 this morning. the area has experienced more than 70 aftershocks since the 6.0 quake a week ago today. we're live in napa where for many the day focused
