Some thrill rides across the country including one at the Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk will be inspected after a ride broke apart at the Ohio State Fair. One person was killed after part of the fireball ride split up and fell. A video posted by a witness shows the moment it happened. Several riders thrown into the air. Seven people got hurt. Three are listed in critical condition. Officials say the ride was inspected three to four times before it was given the all clear to operate at yesterdays opening day of the state fair. In other news, protests are building in the bay area against President Trumps plans to ban transgender people from serving in the military. Jenner also listed the 19 countries who have successfully integrated Trans Service members including canada, the czech republic, france, and the united kingdom. The president mentioned the medical costs associated with the Transgender Health care, but a study found costs would increase by 2 million to 8 million per year. The group will demand a moratorium on rent increases. The protesters are part of a new coalition called housing now. Its made up of 50 different groups including labor unions and small landlords and realtors. This new coalition also wants lawmakers to repeal the costa hawkins act, which restricts rent control.
