Muni measures crime rates based on miles vehicles, and theres a 3. 8 crime rate per 100,000 miles travelled and compare that to october of 2013 when the rate hit 12. 2 crimes per 100,000 miles. And the agency told the examiner they are making muni more secure with policing and Better Technology and improved communication with the police, and by contrast, b. A. R. T.
