A Violent Arrest in the east bay have some claiming police brutality. The story doesnt stop there. The real issue may be what happened after the cameras were turned off. The arrest was recorded but when Police Spotted the cameras, witnesses claim the police confronted them. We have the story from antioch. I dont think thatsness. This is Youtube Video of Antioch Police arresting a man on tuesday afternoon. I thought it was overkill. I thought it was i was disgusted by it. Several witnesses say the man who appeared to be mentally disturbed was handcuffed while police used a taser on him and hit him with a baton. Witnesses say an officer then released a police dog that began biting the man until he was bleeding and unrecognizable. Not his legs, not his arm, his face and his head. Thats doing too much. The man who shot this video said officers began confiscating cell phones from anyone who shot video of the incident. Then this officer asked for his cell phone. Give me your cell phone. Huh . And he took my phone anyway because i didnt want no problems. And then what happened . He did it to his phone. But he was ordered to erase his video so he did. They are being controlling and demanding, erase your phone and trying to take peoples phones away. The American Civil Liberties said police may not confiscate or demand to view your videos or take your videos without a warrant. But if a person is not willing to turn it over voluntarily, they said an officer can sometimes seize the device containing the video. The police would have to get a search warrant to retrieve the video from the device. Antioch police would not comment on the details of the incident. In antioch, alan wang, abc7 news. The police are investigating a deadly accident last night near petaluma. One person was killed after a trail were a pizza oven broke free from a van and crashed into a family car. The massive oven came loose at 7 30 last night. It went directly into oncoming traffic. The oven slammed into a car with a family of four inside. One parent was killed. The other parent and two children were rushed to the hospital with major injuries. Golden gate park was packed with music fans on the first night of outside lands. But a lot of people didnt get in because they got taken. Police confiscated a huge number of counter guilt tickets sold by scammers to unsuspecting concertgoers. This man tried to shove our camera and this man was suspected of selling focus tickets and questioned by police. They looked very real but the issue is they are very fake. If you are looking for any sun at our beaches, looks like you are going to have to go inland a little bit. We are looking at a couple of other systems that will affect us not only with more low clouds and fog and temperatures slightly below average, but this is a fire weather watch for the northern mountains, shasta, mendocino county. We have seen the subtropical moisture the past couple weeks. For the bay area we are calling for partly cloudy skies for sunday. But the spotty drizzle in the morning and then some of this moisture throughout parts of Northern California and into the mountains, as well. The Sierra Nevada.
