Supervisor jane kim celebrated the agreement by cutting a symbolic piece of the pyatt a Community Meeting in the miss district. The pact calls on developers to reserve 18 of rental units for low to middle income families. Developers were forced into negotiations after voters approved a higher number, 25 last june. That percentage will remain for neighborhoods impacted by gentrification. And on monday the heat holds on in our inland areas, but is it starts to cool down just a little bit near the bay where highs will have been in the 80s over the weekend.
