Happened moments after Police Answered a call involving an altercation of a 28yearold man and his father on frazier drive. The son came out of the garage and confrontsed officers just after 11 30. There was a call at this same house. They knew there was a potential for violence. Again, the officers arrived on scene and did the best they could. The individual charged at the officers and made the confrontation. The man died after being rushed to a trauma center. Santa clara county prosecutors and San Jose Police have both launched separate what happened. An east bay man [ inaudible ] killing his wife in walnut creek last week entered a not guilty plea today. 38yearold gregory entered that plea against the advice of his public defender who wanted to delay the arraignment until tomorrow.
