Teninch section of track can cause so much trouble and behind me the 16th street station which surprisingly at this point, and we were expecting there might be based on prognostications earlier today. Bart was saying four to six hours to fix it as you said now they do have it fixed and they expect full service by 4 00, but earlier today, what a mess. This is as close as we or any bart riders got to witnessing track repairs today. Its a gap in the rail, a piece broke off and its laying right next to the rail. It happened at around 9 30 this morning on rail line that connects San Francisco and the peninsula with the east bay. When you take out an entire section of track and you have the single track through the busiest area in downtown San Francisco and well feel the impact system wide. Bart did its best to reroute passengers and keep them going in the right directions. Everyone stay on that side and what caused the track to break . We do not know what caused this and we likely dont know what caused it today. Well take a look at everything and do a complete diagnostic to see exactly what happened. According to the San Francisco chronicle, they indicate that saltwater from the bay may be seeping into the structure and not rain water as the agency surmised in the report last september. A woman who claims former 49er ray mcdonald sexually assaulting her is now accusing a current 49er as well. Ahmad brooks was part of the Sexual Assault in mcdonalds home in december. The 22yearold told Police Mcdonald assaulted her after she blacked out. Surveillance video shows brooks groping her as well. The organization is aware of the media report regarding ahmad brooks. We were disappointed to learn of this matter and well continue to monitor the situation. Seeking to clear his name, mcdonald has filed a defamation lawsuit against the alleged victim. Gloria allred called for the charges to be dropped and California Law protects victims and witnesses from lawsuits. The alleged victim has filed a crosscomplaint lawsuit against mcdonald. The District Attorney has not yet charged if mcdonald will be prosecuted. The nfl deflategate controversy. An investigation found that the new England Patriots likely deliberately deflated footballs and tom brady the quarterback likely knew about it too. Text messages between the locker Room Attendant and the equipment assistant implied that it was brady who asked for the deflated balls. All along brady and the patriots denied wrongdoing.
