It happened this morning at a locker room at martinez junior high school. The helicopter took that boy away, he is expected to be okay. Police arrested a 13yearold student on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. Investigators say the attack was unprovoked. The school released a statement saying all other students are safe. The man who ambushed and killed the San Jose Police officer tuesday night did not shoot himself afterwards. Abc news has confirmed that denise is now back in vallejo inside Police Headquarters here, being interviewed or at least talking with investigators, this comes one day after she was discovered safe in southern california. In the meantime, her boyfriends attorneys are speaking out about police statements. They say make him look like a liar. We have not seen evidence yet that this was some type of hoax. The attorneys for denises boyfriend came out on the attack accusing Vallejo Police and the fbi of mismanaging the case that they maintain was husband kins kidnap from quinns home early monday. He was not only bound up he was drugged. And one of the things that he did voluntarily was give a blood test so the police could confirm that the kidnappers drugged him. Our client is suffering tremendously. Hes very worried about denise huskins. Police stated they had zero evidence that huskins was kidnapped.
