I called the sheriff from the Dublin Area Office that they were in pursuit of a gold Nissan Pathfinder. Our units took over in the san jose area at the 101 area where we took primary with this vehicle. The vehicle had did not stop for a traffic violation, which the speed increased to 95 Miles Per Hour using the center median. The speeds this vehicle is traveling, we understand, close to 100 miles an hour at some points. At some point it did, yes. Reporter yes this was active freeway. He was passing cars all that time. We did utilize the air support unit to call out the primary for this pursuit. Traffic conditions and the speeds were highly take ep into consideration. Wanted to make sure the Public Safety as well as the safety of officers and the suspect drivers is taken into consideration as far as when you reporter no innocent drivers passing the scene were injured or had crashes because of the pursuit .
