Belgiums capital city is now all but locked down after massive security after the government warned the terrorists were poised to strike just as they did last week in paris. And the man suspected in the attacks in paris is believed to be on belgian soil. Reporter on the streets of Brussels Police and soldiers outnumbered the civilians, as the government raised their terror level high. It is a serious and imminent threat. Reporter that put the belgian capital on edge and on guard. There is less people out, that probably means terrorists are not going to bomb anybody. Reporter adding to those fears, Police Believe that somebody who may be the man who got away, salah abdeslam, believed to be the gunman who was shot here in the video. Two of his friends now under arrest admit they picked him up in paris after last weeks terror attacks and drove him back to his native belgium. Police call him armed and dangerous. In paris, authorities are trying to learn how the alleged mastermind of the killers, abdelhamid abaaoud, was able to gather the terrorists. At the concert hall, where most of the people were murdered, the American Band eagles of death metal, they described the slaughter. Several people were able to hide in the dressing room and the terrorists got in and killed everybody except a kid that was hiding under the jacket. Reporter and it seems like terror situations like this seem to be worse. And tonight, Rohnert Park Police are searching for a man who they say is armed and dangerous. Vasquez is accused of shooting his esstranged wife. The couple had recently separated. Police say he threatened her just days earlier. Fortunately the woman is expected to survive. And police in antioch are on the lookout for gunmen who shot three people, happening about 9 00 p. M. On sycamore drive. Now you can see the victims loaded onto the ambulances. Right now investigators are talking to witnesses and gathering evidence. They have not told us the conditions of the victims. And in san francisco, an out of control pickup truck hit and killed a woman who was just out walking along lake merced, the woman who was driving the truck went to the hospital. Police are looking to the possibility that her brakes failed. And in the Crocker Amazon area, police are looking for a driver who stole a car and then rammed it into a police officer. No officers were hurt in that incident. And another blow to the dungeoness crab season that could likely hit your wallet. Two more states have postponed that because of the possible e. Coli outbreak. What it means for a bay area holiday tradition. Reporter hope for a crab season is fading faster than the sun. The fishing boat, high hopes, puttered into port where the captain says that the delay of the season is devastating. For Third Generation fishermen, john miller, two thirds of his yearly income is made during the dungeoness harvest. But a large algae bloom has caused a serious threat to millers livelihood. Just tighten our belt and not spend any money. And try and get through. I wish they were out in the water so we could have some crab this Holiday Season but it looks like well have to import.
