regulations for on demand car services. it happened saturday night on geary street in san francisco. that aftermath of the accident was caught on camera by a witness t.sergio is live in the newsroom saturday night crash. you can see police pulling up and seemingly daze man in the driver seat. >> choke the car and went across. then hit the pole. hit the light. cars. did he pass out. >>reporter: according to san francisco police the 56-year-old suber driver had a seizure and lost control of the car. he had 2 passengers aboard at the time. this crash happened on busy saturday night outside of the monarch hotel. front desk attendant tells me one of the people who was injured was a guest who was just checking in. police say the pedestrian who was hit and the driver were taken to san francisco general hospital. ub ear released a statement that says this driver partner has outstanding record of service and safety with no prior incidents. pending review he's been removed from the uber platform. but uber has not answer add key question about this crash. how will the driver go about returning to service? >> there is no power on the part of the cpuc over drivers at all because the drivers themselves are not licensed in any way. >>reporter: mark gruber with the united taxi worker says if this happened to cab driver he could have a hold placed on his license and would node a this morning the man pulled a gun on a 25-year-old woman at second street and civic center drive. that woman was not hurt. few minutes later they say he robbed and shot 2 people at the parking lot of first bank on east campbell avenue. the 2 22-year-old woman and 31-year-old man are hurt but they are expected to survive. several construction workers were rushed to the hospital today when fire started during a hotel renovation. happened at the wren our hotel on market and mccallister street at noon today. we see the 8 construction workers who were treated for smoke inhalation. firefighters were forced to fight the fire from outside the building after propane tank inside exploded. took 3 hours to get the fire under cell. hotel built in 1909 was undergoing a 30 million dollar renovation. 43-year-old work as handy man haired to do odd jobs for his neighbors. police say it was during one of the jobs that he lured 2 young girls to see concluded area and touched them. they say it happened
