the tragedies had a different story. so many, what if's, the story of the crash is this, a woman riding her bicycle at 8:00 a.m. was hit by a full-sized white pickup truck the she died at scene. >> a very quiet neighborhood. a walking pat is dedicated next to the street, and however, this was a bicyclist. >> the driver appeared to be heading to work and stayed at the scene and cooperated. officers said drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor. the son was facing driver at the time of the crash. investigators say that they are still trying to determine the cause. a neighbor said he has complained about speeding drivers in the area and requested crosswalks. >> it is sad, something that you had were hoped would not happen has happened. >> the victim is 52-year-old woman who lives in the neighbor. they say they do not expect to make an arrest calling in a tragic accident. >> the search is on for an attempted kidnapper in albany. police say the suspect approached a teen girl walking alone near the intersection of neilsen street and sonoma avenue on saturday. the girl refused to talk with him, officers say he threw her to the ground and dragged her before finally driving off. a neighbor describes the girl's injuries. >> she got here you could see her left leg and knee were pretty badly torn up because she was dragged along the pavement. we brought her in and call the police. >> several attempted kidnappings have been reported in berkeley since september. at this point police have no confirmation this weekend's case is connected. >> new details now on the tuberculosis scare at the santa clara valley medical center in san jose. staff spend the week testing employees and patient whose may have been exposeed and starting pointing today to be treated. up to a thousand people may have been exposed including babies and their parents and hospital workers. the scare stems from a nurse who tested pore fog tuberculosis and the hospital said that so far no one else has tested positive. >> right new crews are still cleaning up at baker beach in san francisco after a dozen containers were thrown off a ship in rough waters this weekend. sky shows the messy scene. our reporter is at baker beach. is the clean up still affecting the beachgoers? >> yes, this is a big clean up effort here. they are picking up packing materials. they have the green plastic trays behind me and they have recovered them but the big headache is the little pieces of styrofoam racing against the clock trying to get this up as many pieces as they can before the tide woulds in at noon and sweeps it back out to sea. >> the pool view on baker beach is tarnished this morning with a thousand plastic green trays washed up on the beach. small pieces of styrofoam are scattered all over the place. the trays are easy to grab but the styrofoam, though, creates a bigger challenge. >> a bit of a problem. we are going to use gas powered leaf blowers to blow the stuff into piles to recover it. the foam is actually the hardest of the whole job. >> this landed in the objection when a container ship headed for hawaii hit rough waters from the storms. 12 containers fell off the vessel. this one made it to the beach the crews are look for the other containers. >> majority of them probably sank. only those that are light, like this, that would float. >> beach lovers found
