>> this continues to be a developing situation. the uncle arrived here at children's hospital oakland and i have just rented that they say that it is not necessary that the hospital here, children's hospital oakland, perform the procedure in order for them to move her to a care facility. the hospital has said that undisclosed medical care facility has offered to take in 13-year-old jahi mcmath but they are requiring she have a surgically implanted feeding tube according to the family. a medical procedure that the family says their insurance is willing to by for but children's hospital oakland is refusing to do this. jahi mcmath suffered complications after "routine" tonsillectomy two weeks ago which left her brain dead and on a ventilator. on tuesday a superior court ruled that jahi mcmath was declared deceased and that children's hospital oakland only needed to maintain her current level of care until further testing could be done. jahi mcmath's uncle is here now and one of the things we are trying to learn is what the next step from the familiar if they necessity they have a deadline here, which is monday, by 5:00 p.m. before the hospital has to remove her from the vent late, what is their next move?
