As the flood waters rush in, Ronald Coleman and 135 other residents at this louisville apartment complex rushed to safety, grabbing what they could. We got our things. They put us in a boat and got us to where we wouldnt be under the water. Reporter 16 students had to be rescued in dry ridge, after their bus also got cut off by flood waters. At least two people in the state missing after getting swept away. And more rain on the way. On i71 outside louisville, this truck stuck in the median. So that is what is causing the delay.
