Reporter within minutes, the schools resource officer, tim wilson, sprang into action. He did an excellent job reacting to this situation. Reporter police tell abc news, the alleged shooter is a student at the school. Identified at 18yearold Christopher Lamont richardson. According to the arrest report, he surrendered to the officer without incident. Authorities arent identifying the 15yearold victim, also a student. But say his injuries are not lifethreatening. The university is not going to tolerate hazing of any form on this campus. We hold our students to very high standards.
