were because they are not allowed to participate in halloween. >> and so i didn't have any of that this year either. so that was great. >> the principal of this elementary school in new jersey says in one recent year, up to 90 kids were unable to participate in halloween. so the school did away with it and now the entire district is moving away from the spooky holiday. that means no more costumes in the classroom during school hours. the district is now opting to hold more inclusive fall festivals instead. >> where students come, they decorate pumpkins. it's just a great time for families to your legs and increased your heart rate by an average of 31 beats per minute. but when i spoke with dr. stephen simon, a cardiologist at uc health in colorado, so he had some thoughts as there are some small observational studies that suggest heat therapy via sauna or hot tubs do have some acute reduction of blood pressure and that may even lead to improvements in kind of cardiovascular,
