A developing story overnight police in Charlotte North Carolina say at least 12 of their officers were injured during protests after another Deadly Police shooting of a black man. One of those officers was hit in the face with a rock. Protesters were shown breaking the windows of a Police Vehicle and destroying other demonstrators started throwing rocks at their van too. Early this morning protesters blocked a portion of interstate 85 before officers cleared the roadway soon after. 43yearold keith scott was the man that was killed yesterday afternoon. A man accused of killing killinghis wifes boyfriend more than 30years ago could soon be a free man. Man. Police say 57yearold Anthony Burtch shot and killed 1985. He was charged with murder only this past april after dna tests linked him to the killing. A judge now says that evidence did not match burtch. Investigators say dewoody was dating burtchs estranged wife when he was killed. His body was found at the university of iowas oakdale campus in coralville. Burtch has pleaded not guilty.
