The officers involved have not been identified at this time but they were first called out to the apartment complex for a domestic disturbance. A 25yearold male suspect died overnight at saint lukes hospital. His body is being taken to ankeny for either until his family is notified. Authorities say miller tried to get away but was caught after they say he crashed a stolen truck. Miller pleaded not guilty if hes convicted he faces a mandatory life sentence without parole. Investigators tell us they are reviewing social media posts made before friday. Right now there is no credible evidence suggesting that anyone else at the school was threatened. Counselors were at the school yesterday to help students and faculty. Experts to parevent a suicide is to talk directly to the person suffering.
