Police tell cbs 2 news, a 19yearold woman ran a red light on sixth street and hit a pickup Truck Driving on first avenue. The truck flipped over and landed partially on top of the light, and violating the rules of driving with a learners permit. A Police Officer in winterset, no one else was hurt.
