degree murder for killing des moines sergeant tony beminio and urbandale officer justin ma. martin.this follows yesterday's early morning attack -- that police are calling an ambush.they say greene shot the officers they sat in their patrol cars -- and then was on the loose until he was arrested quietly at about 9 am. am.greene was in police custody since then -- but he was at the hospital --
