Anthony piercy deserves what hes getting and hell have his day in court but he knows what he did wrong. In may brandon was arrested by the Missouri State patrol for allegedly boating while intoxicated. Witnesses say a handcuffed ellingson was wearing a life jacket that wasnt fitted properly by trooper piercy when he fell out of the boat and drowned. I have charged him with wrecklessly causing death. Four months after brandons death. Trooper piercy claimed he had never been taught how to use life jackets and a jury ruled the death accidental. Its tough to live everyday because i have to walk by his room everyday and see hes not there. During the investigation, allegations of a investigator Amanda Grellner surfaced. The people that were trying to cover up and protect Anthony Piercy need to exposed also. Grellner then removed herself from the ellingson case and was replaced by william seay. Trooper Anthony Piercy was taken off duty yesterday and was expected to turn himself in today. The family is still Going Forward with two lawsuits against the Missouri State patrol and Morgan CountyCoroners Office in connection with their sons death. Authorities say the state medical Examiners Office performed an autopsy on 17yearold sammy kemp today. The results are still pending. Hoping to release more information in the case early next week. Kemps body was pulled from a pond near a rural granger home yesterday. The teen was reported missing on sunday after he was last seen attending a party on the property the night before. Investigators are still trying to figure out what led to kemps death. Marshalltown authorities are investigating a suspicious fire. The fire and Police Department responded to seven north 11th street on a garage fire last night after 10 30. Crews say fire was coming from the back of a detached garage.
