When rescue crews finally found her, they placed her on a back board. Fire fighters above ground used a tripod to pull her out through a nearby man hole. William khuns pleaded guilty to child endangerment resulting in serious injury. He is 21. Prosecutors say there were two incidents where he hurt the baby. A previous owner gutted the two story Stone Building at 553 east 14th street. And it would have cost renovate.
