For now joey is using his moms dog, gibb, as a service dog. But hes anxious to get sparky little sad cause i miss him. Joey damisch says although gibb helps, its not the same as his pal sparky. 28 02, the first day i took him to school i was a little nervous but after that day i felt more confident joeys only had sparky for about a year. Sparky went through training so he could go to school and be a registered service dog. 24 12, when i go to school i take him, hes always by my side. Joey says sparky gives him more confidence. 25 21 if more happy. His parents agree. 19 39, joey used to have a para at his school , to help him get through school, so what weve done is transition the service dog to replace the para and now he no longer needs a para. And like gibb demonstrates here, sparky would normally wear a backpack while at school. This keeps joey small things pencils my phone. And even teaches him some responsibility. 24 40, i take him out to go to the bathroom i give him food at lunch time when i eat my lunchjoey says his friends are noticing a difference. 27 14, my friends are worried him they try to keep me positive like sparky will be okay and sparky will come back while joeys thankful for the fundraisers for sparkys medical bills and the support people are showing him.
