Jordee, the college added Something Special to campus today. Yes, they added a peace pole at the colleges chapel in 2002. A couple dozen people several prayers from different religions. The schools chaplain says the goal is to understand and learn from one another, while remembering the lives lost on 911. Singing. Some students sang to the group. Others shared experiences how 911 changed their own lives. A key part in todays service was writing messages on stones. Messages could include memories or a wish for peace. The colleges chaplain says remember the lives lost in 911 but other tragedies across the world. 23 24, to crate a container for other national and global tragedies.
