Branstad said private gifts covered one point three Million Dollars needed to implement the study. The rest of the money came from the Iowa Department of education and the iowa board of regents. Participating School Districts in eastern iowa include cedar rapids, marion, central community, aplington parkersburg. The Iowa Democratic party says human error caused five precincts to report incorrect caucus results two weeks ago.
