The city also settled three other cases recently. In one of them, an officer is accused of slamming a 17 year old boy facefirst onto a sidewalk outside a hospital. An open records request shows the city paid the teenager to keep him quiet about a settlement. In another incident, the same he then used it to allegedly shock a 31 yearold man who was helping with crowd control.
