"by eliminating the box, it would possibly allow for them to make it to the interview process. " dubuque human rights commission member miquel jackson says it can be next to impossible for a convicted felon to find a job afterereing released from prison. "it's the community's job to help you if you want to be better. as opposed to shunning you out and then complaining about you or saying "that's what you get" when they are doing what they have t tin order to survive.e. but that suggestion is raising red flags for the dubuque area chamber of commerce.
