Drivers on that section of interstate 380 are dealing with big backups and new delays. But the wait time has little to do with the interstate itself. The main issues are around the penn street exit. North liberty says the delays are the result of more traffic using interstate 380 because highway 965 is closed at the iowa river bridge for repairs.
