We are in the alley behind the homeowners home and you could see a memorial already set up for the team who died and the other teen for the teen who died and the other teen maybe paralyzed. We learned from prosecutors today this is not the first time he had shot at people in his neighborhood. 15yearold killing mostly moseley was shot and killed. Neighbors say the owner who shot him mostly kept to himself. When Denver Police began investigating in early october, they learned the shooting was not the first time he had tried to defend his marijuana with deadly force. In september 2015 he shot and injured a 17yearold boy for jumping the fence as well das office says the case went unreported likely because the victim didnt want to tell police he was trying to steal marijuana.
